Kendall Morrison, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist at Cumberland Dermatology in Crossville and Cookeville, Tennessee. She sees patients of all genders starting at age 12. Dr. Morrison offers Mohs surgery for the treatment of basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas at Cumberland Dermatology, making it the only practice in the area to provide the service.Dr. Morrison earned her medical degree at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. Then she dedicated six years to postdoctoral training with internal medicine and a dermatology residency at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Her experience also includes seven years as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and registered nurse (RN) and multiple years as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) before becoming a doctor.Board-certified through the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Morrison is also a fellow with the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Jessica Rotolo, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Jessica Rotolo, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Cumberland Dermatology seeing patients in Crossville and Cookeville, Tennessee. She accepts patients of all genders ages 12 and up, helping to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of dermatological conditions with medical treatments, in-office surgical procedures, and skin biopsies. She also conducts skin cancer screening exams, provides preventive care, and educates patients and their families about their conditions. Jessica offers a variety of cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Jeuveau, Platelet Rich Plasma injections (PRP) for hair loss, and Juvederm. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with honors at the State University of New York at Geneseo. Jessica then moved to North Carolina to complete a Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem. Prior to joining Cumberland Dermatology in August 2019, Jessica gained experience in ear, nose, and throat specialty at the Ashford Clinic in Athens, Georgia, and worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT) at Northern Dutchess Paramedics in Rhinebeck, New York. Leslie Radford, PA-C

Leslie Radford, PA, is a certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology services at Cumberland Dermatology, serving Cookeville and Crossville, Tennessee. With a commitment to compassionate care, Leslie welcomes patients of all genders aged 12 and above. Leslie’s expertise lies in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating various dermatological conditions through medical interventions, skin biopsies, and in-office surgical procedures. Additionally, she conducts thorough skin cancer screening exams, provides preventive care, and ensures patients and their families are well-informed about their conditions. Leslie pursued her undergraduate studies in exercise science at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville before advancing her education at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee, where she earned her Master of Medical Science in 2023. Prior to joining Cumberland Dermatology, she completed two dermatology rotations with the same practice. Lindsay Burks, NP-BC

Lindsay Burks, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in dermatology at Cumberland Dermatology. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for all genders aged 12 and older, with a focus on skin cancer screenings, early detection, surgical procedures, and the diagnosis and treatment of common skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rashes.

Lindsay’s passion for dermatology began before nursing school and has shaped her commitment to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami, after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the Melanoma Research Foundation.

Tennessee holds a special place in Lindsay’s heart, as she spent many childhood vacations exploring the state with her father. Now proud to care for patients in the Crossville community, she enjoys building relationships with the individuals and families she serves. Outside of work, Lindsay loves spending time with her family, camping, hiking, and enjoying all things outdoors.
